What Requires Physical Accredited Hospital Training

MBBS is a high-stakes clinical discipline requiring physical cadaveric dissection, direct human patient bedside contact, invasive procedural skill mastery, and continuous hospital ward clerkships.
Online completion of PAMCET course modules does NOT confer a statutory license to practice medicine and surgery, nor does it replace the mandatory physical clinical clerkships required by accredited medical schools.
Statutory registration, provisional housemanship licensure, and permanent medical practice in Nigeria are strictly governed by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) under the Medical and Dental Practitioners Act, requiring physical graduation from an accredited teaching hospital.

International Licensing & Housemanship Notice: International medical graduates or students must sit the respective national medical licensing examinations (e.g., MDCN Assessment Examination in Nigeria, UK GMC MLA / PLAB, USMLE in the USA, or MCCQE in Canada) in accredited physical testing facilities.
